Verifiable charity on chain
Charity infrastructure built for transparency and proof.
We built the code to eliminate unverifiable charity flows.
Proof before payment. Encoded integrity.
No opacity. No ambiguity. No unverifiable release.
Simulation only. No wallet, XRPL transaction, charity verification, proof upload, or payment occurs.
Who we are
VeriChar is verifiable charity on chain. We built the system to eliminate unverifiable charity flows.
The problem was not generosity. The problem was the exploitation of it.
The need was as real as the charities it serves. When charity flows are opaque, unverifiable, and exposed to bad faith, accountability breaks down.
Code must enforce integrity where trust has failed.
“I had no background in finance, crypto, XRPL, geopolitics, or software. I fell down every rabbit hole until the same truth kept appearing: the problem was not generosity. The problem was the exploitation of it. The need was as real as the charities it serves. This project was not built to impress. It was built because the need was real, and the answer was clear: code must enforce integrity where trust has failed.”
What we are building
VeriChar. Verifiable charity on chain.
Proof before payment. Charity funds are itemized, locked, and released only after proof is verified.
Public accountability. We remove ambiguity from the release of funds and make the flow auditable by design.
How it works
- A charity lists a specific need with a price and a named vendor.
- Funds are locked and held until proof is submitted.
- Proof of invoice and proof of delivery are checked.
- Only then are funds released directly to the vendor.
Why XRPL
XRPL provides the public, efficient, auditable settlement layer this system depends on.
It enables fast, low-cost, transparent settlement and proof-based release. For charity, public accountability is not optional. It is the standard.
Transparency
VeriChar is a working prototype. It does not process real donations or Mainnet funds. Backend automated tests have been written and the simulation remains intentionally limited.
Security and Illinois
Not legally impenetrable. No ledger design cancels Illinois law, a contract, or a lawsuit. These concepts are design tools, not legal certainty.
Business model
Free for donors, charities, and vendors. No settlement fees on giving flows. No 1% vendor fee.
Enterprise SaaS. Tiered analytics, audit support, and tax compliance workflows built for organizations that need transparency and trust.
Charity verification
- Charities can submit their organization profile and tax identification information for review.
- VeriChar surfaces a public verification trail and the status of review.
- Funds are released only after those checks are satisfied.
